Field Scientist
Location: Yunnan/Sichuan, China
Description:
Ÿ Accountable for the design, implementation, interpretation, documentation and presentation of the research to address assigned biology key questions.
Ÿ Implement R&D projects and lead product development.
Ÿ Support the preparation and submission of national registration dossiers.
Ÿ Serves as the interface between the Commercial, Marketing and the Research & Development Organizations.
Ÿ Provides technical support of existing products sales and marketing teams as well as customers.
Ÿ Transfer product knowledge and provide technical service to commercial team and customer.
Ÿ Defines local biological questions to fit desired product technical positioning and reaches agreement with the commercial team.
Ÿ Contributes to case building for new projects.
Ÿ Interacts with the Biology and Technical Teams on the exact objectives and reasons for trials work to support customer needs.
Qualifications:
Ÿ A minimum of a master’s degree in plant protection, or related areas.
Ÿ Strong knowledge in agricultural chemical area and experienced in pesticide field trial.
Ÿ Work in synergy with other regulatory and commercial personnel.
Ÿ Successful communication and coordination of biology cross-functionally.
Ÿ Continuously improve major work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ÿ Maintain good relationship, and establish networking with local and global teams
Ÿ Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure.
Ÿ Excellent English communication skills.
Ÿ Good interpersonal skills.
Ÿ Excellent leadership.
